Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative, Remote in PST or CST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
• Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
• Contact care providers on behalf of customers to obtain missing information

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or call center
• 1+ years of health care experience
• Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate new systems
