Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and transactional agreements with global partners and customers
• Counsel on compliance issues related to privacy, AI, product development, and regulatory frameworks
• Assist in creating and maintaining enablement materials for the legal team and cross-functional partners

Requirements:

• Law degree and admission to a state bar with good standing
• 8+ years of related experience as in-house counsel at a technology company and/or law firm, focusing on technology transactions
