• Lead and support a team of Demand Generation Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Drive client relationships to enhance retention and referrals while ensuring revenue goals are met

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in paid media, including 2+ years in an agency setting
• 2-3+ years of team management experience
• Proven expertise in paid search and paid social strategies
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads is a major plus
• Demonstrated success in multi-channel paid media campaigns
