• Maintain the consensus codebase that powers the mainnet

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on blockchain or distributed systems
• 3+ years of experience with Rust programming
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BFT consensus algorithms
• Experience with low-level languages such as C++, Golang, or Rust
• Basic understanding of cryptographic primitives and database technologies
