Senior Coding Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager of Coding Quality and Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy RCM support services strategy and operations for accurate Fee for Service coding and billing
• Manage programs to ensure compliance and support Revenue Cycle objectives
• Provide regional oversight on FFS coding quality processes and collaborate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FFS Revenue Cycle at regional, multispecialty business lines
• Experience in healthcare financial management, consulting, and/or population health management
• Proven high level research and analysis skills
• National coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC preferred
