Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for key strategic accounts, serving as the primary contact for client requests and communication
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional client service
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to provide insights on campaign performance and conduct client business reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Client Success role within the adtech, digital, or programmatic industry
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape; experience in healthcare is a plus
• Knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem and key industry standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, etc.)
• Proven track record of success in managing customer relationships and conducting strategic business reviews
• Ability to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup environment
