Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist to provide support for patient placement requests in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxes regarding treatment options and placement requests
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to facilitate patient placements
• Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance standards while maintaining patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience required
• Data entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minute required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability and willingness to learn required programs and processes
