Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Representative (Bodily Injury, GLPD, and PIP).

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage moderate to complex claims, including bodily injury, PIP, construction defect, and general liability
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys while maintaining accurate claim files
• Prepare reservation of rights and denial letters, and present claims to review committees

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience handling complex claims, focusing on bodily injury and general liability property damage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation
• Associate in Claims (AIC) designation
• Proficiency with claims management technology
