Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of open and closed claim files against quality, compliance, and service standards

• Analyze quality and estimatics data to identify patterns and trends, presenting findings for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of prior property claims experience
• 5+ years of claims quality experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
• Experience with Corelogic tools and estimatics data
• Understanding of Power BI, SQL, and business intelligence technologies
