Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities related to Security Culture, Training & Awareness
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting the organization's workforce
• Develop and implement cybersecurity training and awareness programs across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in security, IS risk, or IS compliance related operations
• Program or team management experience preferred
• Understanding of Security and IS Risk as they relate to compliance and legal support
• CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP certification preferred
