Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Business Development Representatives by setting goals, coaching, and enforcing productivity standards
• Design and implement prospect outreach strategies using various tools, including Salesforce.com
• Optimize lead handoff processes and collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to enhance the business development funnel

Required Qualifications

• Preferred: College degree
• Required: 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales, with at least 1 year in a management role at the B2B level
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales enablement software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple high-priority projects
