Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Consultant - End User Enablement to develop and drive operational processes for clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in new application deployments and become the subject matter expert for licensing and security topics
• Develop cross-functional processes for application usage, including security access requests and user ID setup
• Establish support processes for help desk escalations and monitor compliance with corporate security policies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and goal setting
• 5+ years of experience networking with cross-functional disciplines such as IT and business
• 5+ years as a business process and application access analyst on mid to large deployments
• Experience in data reporting and analytics using Excel
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
