Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Service Cloud Voice (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings, including requirement sessions and user acceptance testing
• Evaluate business processes and identify enhancement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and complete configuration within Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems
• 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Service Cloud Voice
• Practical exposure to Agile methodology and user story writing
• Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard creation
• Highly preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Voice Accreditation
