Manage and oversee all aspects of billing operations for clients in the healthcare industry.
Ensure accurate and timely billing processes are in place and followed.
Utilize expertise in billing systems to identify and implement process improvements.
Provide leadership and guidance to billing team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines related to billing.
Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any billing concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their billing needs and preferences.
Train and mentor team members on billing processes and procedures.
Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss billing operations and provide updates on performance.
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or risks that may impact billing operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Complete any other tasks or duties assigned by management.
