Key Responsibilities

• Own invoice generation and accuracy across multiple billing motions
• Maintain contract-to-invoice alignment by auditing customer contracts
• Review and resolve billing discrepancies while managing collections and AR aging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
• SaaS or tech-enabled services experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with complex billing models including enterprise and multi-location clients
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with billing tools is a plus
