Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies across digital channels
• Conduct in-depth analysis of digital channels to identify areas for improvement in user behavior and conversion funnels
• Implement A/B testing and collaborate with teams to enhance website performance and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on digital demand generation and CRO
• Strong understanding of CRO principles, best practices, and tools
• Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, GA4, CrazyEgg, or Tableau
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns
