Partner Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Coordinator to manage day-to-day tasks supporting client marketing and enrollment management plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate service execution
• Manage project workflows, ensuring deadlines are communicated and met while providing regular status updates
• Oversee billing processes and assist with client meeting preparations and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or event coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in providing excellent customer service and building relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
