A company is looking for a Senior Automation Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements for efficient RPA solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in robotic processes while supporting existing automations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle and automation technologies
• Understanding of Python, object-oriented languages, scripting, and database query languages
• Experience with large language models and agentic implementations
• Cross-functional business and application knowledge
• Project and change management experience is a plus
