Staff Software Engineer - UI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer focused on UI and Interactions (Full-Stack).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement highly polished UIs by translating design concepts into high-quality code with smooth animations
• Write clean, maintainable code in React and React Native, ensuring performance and accessibility best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vision and roadmap while mentoring engineers and guiding front-end architecture decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of front-end development experience building user-centric applications (web and/or mobile)
• Expertise in React and familiarity with the React ecosystem/libraries
• Strong design sensibility with experience creating visually compelling interfaces
• Proven experience implementing web animations and micro-interactions
• Extensive knowledge of front-end performance optimizations and web accessibility standards
