Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to oversee their affiliate channel and drive strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the affiliate strategy, focusing on recruitment, activation, optimization, and retention of partners
• Own revenue and ROI targets for the affiliate channel and create plans to exceed them
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with affiliates, publishers, and influencers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably with lead generation or DTC brands
• Proven success in managing large-scale affiliate programs and driving significant revenue
• Deep understanding of affiliate networks and performance metrics
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills within the affiliate space
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies
