Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new customers and enhancing relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business opportunities across target markets
• Act as the primary contact for high-value customer accounts and resolve issues in collaboration with the support team
• Negotiate and renew account contracts while communicating new features and upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
• Experience in IaaS/PaaS or SaaS preferred
• Proven experience in onboarding and customer success pipelines
• Relationship management experience with the ability to collect and communicate customer feedback
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
