Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity across its global revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and execute the enablement strategy
• Design and deliver training programs, product launches, and certifications to improve sales productivity
• Build assessment and feedback loops to measure and optimize the impact of enablement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar roles in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Experience in building training programs and managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Proficiency with Salesforce and LMS platforms
• Demonstrated ability to drive process and tools adoption in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping others succeed and improving the seller and manager experience
