Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Director to lead client communications and project management in the healthcare marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the daily account lead, ensuring quality delivery of high-value client projects and managing junior team members' outputs
• Foster strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities while leading brand planning processes with strategy and creative teams
• Oversee budget management, financial goals, and participate in new business opportunities and pitches

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing accounts
• At least 5 years of agency and/or pharmaceutical experience
• Multichannel marketing experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and grow meaningful client relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
