Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Inside Sales Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support and assist customers in completing purchases
• Engage customers to identify their needs and persuade them to purchase additional products or services
• Maintain knowledge of client products and track information in databases

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services)
• Open availability and a high school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
• A quiet, distraction-free work environment and high-speed internet access
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
