Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Admin, GM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the functionality of a workgroup and lead a team of Warranty Administrators
• Engage with Product Management to prioritize accounts and facilitate team meetings
• Provide second-tier support for client escalations and ensure team motivation and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator
• Strong sense of self-awareness and people management skills
• Technology skills to utilize various DMS systems and OEM-based software
• Reliable, high-speed home internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Current employees must demonstrate mastery of the "Recipe for Success" tools and principles
