Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile software projects from product conception to release
• Facilitate agile team ceremonies and support planning of deliverables
• Resolve issues and conflicts that hinder the team's work and ensure quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Scrum Master experience
• CSM and PMI-ACP certifications highly preferred
• Strong understanding of agile principles and experience with Kanban
• Knowledge of basic software engineering and cloud concepts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
