Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master based in the U.S.A.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers to help the team stay focused and productive
• Coach team members on Agile principles and support Product Owners with backlog grooming

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Lean principles
• Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams
• Comfortable using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus
