Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Individual Family Plans (IFP) sales
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SmartSheet, PowerBI, and CRM platforms
• Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings
