Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Lending Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new SBA and GLP lending opportunities through lead generation and collaboration with internal partners
• Maintain quality lending opportunities and cross-sell bank products to clients with revenues between $5 - $75 million
• Provide financial advice and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while mentoring teammates on SBA and GLP loans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred or equivalent banking experience
• Minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience, specifically in SBA and GLP lending
• Strong credit skills and ability to analyze complex financial statements and credit applications
• Proficient in collateral documentation and knowledgeable about regulatory compliance related to commercial lending
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
