Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce administration, configuration, and maintenance across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Customize Salesforce to meet business needs and implement automation tools for process efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions, including reporting and data management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with relevant certifications
• Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud administration
• Experience with Copado for deployment and release management
