Key Responsibilities

• Assist Direct Sales Representatives with order entry, scheduling, and customer education
• Handle administrative duties for regional management and support other sales representatives as needed
• Coordinate installations, service calls, and maintain customer account information

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer care or customer service experience
• Experience with large accounts preferred
• Strong data entry skills and familiarity with Windows-based applications
• Ability to work flexible hours and identify sales opportunities
