Hasura is looking for a Contract Sales Recruiter. Our Recruiting team is at the core of our rapid growth, directly impacting the scale and success of our company. As a Contract Sales Recruiter, you’ll immediately dive into recruiting high-priority roles, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing A+ GTM talent. We have a ton of momentum from our new AI product, PromptQL, and need a strong Recruiter to hire the GTM team to go out and capitalize on it.
About the role
• Drive end-to-end recruiting for sales roles and related GTM roles, emphasizing rapid sourcing and pipeline velocity.
• Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Effectively engage, screen, and close top-tier Sales talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
• Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Continuously analyze and optimize recruiting funnel performance to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
About you
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly source and attract high-caliber Sales talent independently.
• Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Highly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills.
• A collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Determined, proactive, and creative in overcoming sourcing and hiring challenges.

Remote OK, Located in SF Office, 2-3 days a week highly preferred
