Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst (Contract to Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of variable compensation plans and ensure timely processing
• Collaborate with various departments to collect data for the commission platform
• Provide general support for the sales team and assist the A/P team as needed

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related discipline
• Proficiency in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data tables
• Basic SQL skills and experience in reviewing and analyzing large data sets
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
• A background in Sales Operations, finance, or Business Planning is preferred
