A company is looking for a US Sales Manager - DIY, Kohl's, Target.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Identify opportunities and present business proposals to maximize sales and profitability
• Manage P&L and provide accurate sell-in and sell-thru projections to optimize inventory

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the CE/hardlines industry
• Solid business acumen related to sales, finance, and account-level P&L
• Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Proven negotiation skills with retailer programs and promotions
• Bachelor's degree preferred
