Description
• Own the WW Sales demand plan for multiple lines of business taking into consideration a dynamic global environment. Drive automation and improvement in forecast data quality and adoption of reporting tools & dashboards.
• Partner closely with sales, finance, product marketing and supply demand management on demand / market trends and key sales initiatives to navigate the business forward and provide executive updates.
• Provide analytical support for weekly sales operating cadence. Establish reporting and models to evaluate performance, coordinate with sales and finance team to report performance, respond to ad-hoc questions.
• Influence various teams and be comfortable being the central point of contact across teams and geographies. Present analysis and findings to senior executives across Sales and Finance.
Minimum Qualifications
• 7+ years sales/finance/business development related work experience
• 2+ years proven experience managing, developing and coaching as leader of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data driven analysis
• Experience developing processes and/or improving existing processes, with desire to influence change across teams and organizations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in easy to understand business terms
• Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Must be able to think strategically on critical business issues, while simultaneously possessing the ability to act tactically to execute against them
• MBA, or relevant advanced Degree highly preferred.
