Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to build, scale, and manage enablement initiatives within their sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a 30-60-90 onboarding program for sales team members
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, call scripts, and training materials
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to identify training gaps and develop targeted programs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or training, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in building onboarding and training programs from the ground up
  • Strong program management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
  • Experience supporting a field-based sales organization is a plus
