Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to find prospective customers and create excitement around their product.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and iterate on inbound/outbound strategies to engage prospective customers
• Identify buying personas and build awareness through various prospecting methods
• Manage relationships and track activities in CRM to drive insights and decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful lead generation and/or outside sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach
• Experience with sales automation tools like CRM and SDR technology
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
