Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize high-potential accounts, execute multi-channel outreach, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Customize messaging by persona and industry, and test outbound sequences for effectiveness
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams, providing feedback on campaigns and ensuring smooth lead handoffs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
• Curiosity and a self-starter mindset
• Experience in Field Service, Telecom, IT Services, Technology, Staffing, or Retail preferred
