Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential professionals to demonstrate the benefits of switching to the platform and assist with onboarding
• Conduct outbound sales calls and SMS to connect with beauty professionals, achieving 100+ outreach attempts daily
• Manage leads and sales tracking using the FreshSales platform while ensuring a satisfactory onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant work experience is acceptable
• Experience in sales, customer service, or independent styling services preferred
• Familiarity with online CRMs is strongly preferred
• Proficient in using phone, text, and social media for communication
• Extroverted self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with frequent interactions
