Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn
Adapt and implement personal outbound frameworks for messaging and lead management
Drive daily outbound activities and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies

Required Qualifications

1-2+ years of B2B outbound experience in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or tech-enabled services
Experience with Outreach.io or similar tools
Ability to create multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns
Confidence in communicating with executives and tailoring messaging
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach in a remote environment
