We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our Blueground for Business, Global Accounts team based in the United States. As a Global Accounts Manager on our Blueground for Business sales team, you will seek business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with current & potential corporate partners.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, a strong communicator, and a self-starter who is passionate about sales and joining a fast-growing sales organization.
What you will mostly focus on:
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of global corporate accounts
- Responsible for strengthening and expanding client partnerships across the U.S. and internationally, driving engagement and growth through strategic collaboration.
- Develop the relationship & collaboration with prospect Global Accounts through proactive outreach to prospective partners utilizing a combination of email campaigns, networking, and market research
- Communicate value propositions to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
- Cultivate and build strong business relationships with key corporate decision-makers (i.e. HR, Operations, Office Managers).
- Forecast and track key revenue account metrics
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years progressive experience in Global Account management
- Effective and persuasive communicator (both verbal and written) with an ability to summarize Blueground's value proposition
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer service attitude
- Knowledge of and network in the local tech scene is considered an advantage
