Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Coach Consultant - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates effective health care decision-making and improves member satisfaction
• Provides up-to-date health care information and assists members in understanding their health issues
• Promotes healthy lifestyles and makes referrals to health and wellness programs

Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure
• 3+ years of clinical experience in relevant fields such as Disease Management or Emergency Room
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook and Word)
• Experience in telephone triage nursing is preferred
• Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent clinical experience preferred
