Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage activities of the Clinical Documentation Integrity Department and related departments
• Oversee documentation improvement efforts and provide ongoing education to healthcare professionals
• Conduct quality and compliance reviews to ensure accurate coding and reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health information management, or related field
• At least five years of experience in clinical documentation or equivalent combination of education and experience
• RN license required if nursing degree is held
• Master's degree preferred
• Previous management experience preferred
