Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue Stop Loss policies using various systems and resources
• Enter data into tools and generate essential documents, including audits of quote documents and case setup
• Monitor and resolve daily, weekly, and monthly error reports, ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables), SharePoint, Word, and Outlook
• Customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree or 2 years customer service experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Current residence in Central or Eastern Time Zones
