Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Deal Desk team to support sales with pricing strategy and deal structuring
• Oversee the Proposals team for timely and compliant RFP and proposal submissions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align deal support processes and commission operations with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM support roles
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing small teams or cross-functional projects
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and commission platforms
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales motions and GTM structures preferred
