Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the region to meet Sales Cadence requirements and partner with the Regional VP for Strategic Business Planning
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline hygiene, ensuring timely submissions and addressing past-due opportunities
  • Support territory planning, headcount management, and oversee onboarding of new sales hires
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel
  • Operations experience in large software organizations
  • Financial/Analytical/Operational background with process expertise
  • Proven leadership and experience working across functional groups
