Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support Merchant Success and Customer Experience teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Salesforce setup and various communication platforms to optimize post-sale operations
  • Design and maintain key post-sale processes while collaborating with Customer Experience leadership
  • Build dashboards and provide performance analysis to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications are a plus
  • Experience with telephony solutions and post-sale GTM tools
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets and proficiency with BI tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
