A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to support its Fitness & Wellbeing product line in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own reporting across Customer Success and Sales focusing on retention and pipeline health
  • Support execution and tracking of Account Management compensation plans
  • Define business requirements for Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft in collaboration with the IT team
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations
  • Strong experience in Customer Success Operations and retention-focused reporting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft
  • Proven ability to define and communicate clear business requirements
  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
