Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements training programs to enhance job performance and continuous improvement in the revenue cycle
  • Gathers data to evaluate training outcomes and maintains collaborative relationships with leadership and stakeholders
  • Supervises a team of learning specialists, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is required
  • Master's Degree is preferred
  • Five years of healthcare operations experience is required
  • One year of leadership experience is preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations, systems, metrics, and analytics is required
