Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative, Reconsiderations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider invoice activities to ensure timely reimbursement of receivables
• Research and resolve denials and initiate actions for rejected invoices, including appeals
• Provide guidance and support to internal and external customers regarding claims processing protocols

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of medical claims processing and reimbursement experience
• Knowledge of healthcare collection procedures and related software applications
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Fair Credit and Collections Act, and coding standards (HCPC, CPT, ICD-9)
• Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills
